FAIRBANKS - The Alaska Nanooks hockey program has announced the addition of Liam Fleet. Fleet, a 6-2, 205-pound defenseman from Denver, Colo., joins the 'Nooks from Shreveport in the North American Hockey League (NAHL).
"Liam is a smart, steady defenseman who makes a great first pass and defends with purpose," said head coach Erik Largen. "He plays a physical brand of hockey. He's a respectful, hard-working young man who brings a quiet confidence to our team. We are excited to welcome him to our family." Fleet spent three seasons with the Mudbugs in the NAHL, and appeared in two USHL games in the 2024-25 season.
