Last Time Out
The Nanooks secured a sweep of Western Washington and Simon Fraser last week, moving to 3-1 in GNAC play this season. They took down the Vikings 85-76 on Thursday, fending off a late WWU comeback attempt to secure the victory. Luke Fotheringham led the Nanooks with 23 points during the contest, going 7-9 from the field and 1-1 from three, while adding seven rebounds, a block and a steal. Davis Crilly finished with a 19-point, 11-rebound double-double, and led the team with three steals and two blocks.

On Saturday, it was the Nanooks' turn for a comeback, as they found themselves trailing the Red Leafs by 18 points early in the second half. However, the Nanooks would tie the game at 62 with 7:19 to go on a three-pointer by Jalai O'Keith, and eventually took the lead with under three minutes to go thanks to a pair of Crilly free throws. Mike Miller added two more free throws, and the Nanooks held on for the 73-71 win. Tyriq Luke led the Nanooks with 20 points in the victory, adding two assists and a steal while shooting 5-12 from the floor, 3-8 from three and 7-8 from the free-throw line.
