Misha Danylov Signs with the Nanooks from Green Bay

FAIRBANKS - The Alaska Nanooks hockey program has added another forward to their 2025-26 roster. Misha Danylov of Kyiv, Ukraine, has signed with Alaska and will don the blue and gold this upcoming season. 

"Misha has a high-end motor and plays the game with creativity and skill," said head coach Erik Largen. "He can play up and down a lineup and play both wing and center. He's also a thoughtful, mature young man who is committed to being the best version of himself." Danylov, a left-handed forward, stands at 5-8, 155 pounds and comes to Fairbanks after three seasons in the USHL with the Green Bay Gamblers. In his first season, he skated in a career-high 59 games. He put up 15 points on seven goals and eight assists. The following season saw him skate in 58 games and post 19 points, a career-high. He tallied eight goals and 11 assists.

In his final season with the Gamblers he wore the assistant captains 'A'. He skated in 38 games, scoring 10 goals and adding one assist for 11 points. He finished his USHL career with 155 appearances, 45 points, and 13 playoff appearances with a pair of playoff points. 

Danylov is the seventh forward to join the Nanooks this season and is the 12th signee of the offseason. Additional signings will be announced this week.
