"Today, Cecelia was the highlight in smallbore. She has been seeing great results in practice and today that carried into the match. It was well shot in all three positions. Amanda and Rachael shot really nice slings today. They have been working hard on slings, so that was nice to see. We definitely needed to clean up the standing performance today across the board." added Coach Anti. The Nanooks' success continued in air rifle as they outshot the Falcons 2386-2383 to cap off the win. Air Force's Lauren Hurley fired the top score of the day with a 599.

Alaska returns to the range tomorrow in Colorado Springs at the Olympic Training Center. They take on TCU at 6 a.m. AKST. "Tomorrow we will look for a more confident approach in smallbore and, frankly, a few more tens. It should be a great test against TCU in a new venue."
