NCAA Release | Qualification List
INDIANAPOLIS – On Wednesday, the NCAA Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Committee announced the qualifiers for the 2019 NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Championships, which included Alaska Nanooks sophomore swimmer Oda Bydgnes.
The national championships will be held Mar. 13-16 at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Bygdnes qualified for one event at the 2019 NCAAs and is set to compete in the 100-yard butterfly on Thursday, Mar. 14.
The Harstad, Norway native is the first Alaska swimmer to qualify for the NCAA Championships since the 2016-17 season, where senior
Cassidy Heaton was the lone representative for the Nanooks in her sophomore season.
