FAIRBANKS, Alaska – The Alaska Nanooks coed rifle team won their fourth-straight match on Sunday afternoon, defeating No. 12 NC State 4,674 – 4,647 at the E.F. Horton Rifle Range at the Patty Center. "I was happy to see our smallbore scores improve today, it will give us some confidence going into winter break," interim head coach Layne Lewis said following Sunday's match. "Today was our last home match of the season and it went great, we are glad to see that NC State had a good trip and are looking forward to seeing them here again sometime in the future."
