Pair of Nanooks Named to GNAC All-Conference Teams

PORTLAND, Ore. – The Great Northwest Athletic Conference announced its 2025-26 GNAC Men's Basketball All-Conference teams on Wednesday, with a pair of Nanooks earning All-Conference accolades. Mike Miller secured a spot on the GNAC All-Conference Second Team, while Davis Crilly earned an Honorable Mention honor.

Miller was a key figure on both ends of the floor for the Nanooks this season, leading the team in both points and steals. The 6-4 guard out of San Bernardino, Calif., proved what he could do this season after redshirting in 2024-25, scoring 406 points on a 42.6% field goal percentage for an average of 15.6 per game, and tallying 47 steals for an average of 1.8 per game. Those averages ranked eighth and sixth in the conference. He played in and started 26 out of Alaska's 27 games this season, reaching double-digit points in all but four contests while crossing the 20-point mark nine times. Miller had a season-high 25 points in Alaska's 91-76 win over Alaska Anchorage on Jan. 17, going 5-10 from beyond the arc while notching six rebounds and two steals.

Crilly made his mark in his first season in the Blue and Gold, playing in 25 games and starting 24, while finishing the season as the Nanooks' third-leading scorer with 330 points on 42.4% shooting for an average of 13.2 points per game. The 6-5 junior from Casper, Wyo., joined the Nanooks out of San Jose City College, and hit the ground running, scoring 17, 20 and 19 points in his first three games of the season vs. Chaminade, Hawaii Pacific and Westmont. He crossed the 20-point mark three times during the season, scoring a season high 21 points at Alaska Anchorage on Feb. 14. Crilly finished second on the team in rebounds with 153 (6.1 rpg), third in assists (49) and steals (31), and led the 'Nooks with 19 blocks. He posted three double-doubles, notching 16 points and 11 rebounds vs. West Coast Baptist on Dec. 12, and followed that up with an 11-point, 11-rebound performance against WCBC the next evening. He added a 19-point, 11-rebound double-double in an 85-76 win over Western Washington on Jan. 1.

Saint Martin's Kaden Hansen earned Player of the Year honors, while SMU coach Aaron Landon grabbed Coach of the Year. Alaska Anchorage's Hasaan Herrington garnered Defensive Player of the Year accolades, and his teammate Sylas Williams took home Newcomer of the Year. The GNAC's final individual award went to Western Washington's Dennis Johnson III, who was named Freshman of the Year.
