FAIRBANKS – The Nanooks men's basketball team is set for its final two home games of the calendar year this weekend, with the 'Nooks hosting the West Coast Baptist Eagles on Friday and Saturday.

Last Time Out
The Nanooks played their first two GNAC games of the season last week, splitting their matchups vs. Western Oregon and Saint Martin's. They defeated the Wolves 80-70 on Thursday, but fell to the Saints 66-56 on Saturday.
Mike Miller posted a 23-point outing in the win over Western Oregon, shooting 8-15 from the field and 5-7 from three to lead the Nanooks in scoring. Davis Crilly (13 points), Luke Fotheringham (12 points) and Tyriq Luke (11 points) also finished in double-figures against the Wolves. Crilly led the 'Nooks with 18 points on 7-16 shooting vs. the Saints, nearly posting a double-double with nine rebounds. Luke (15 points) and Joel Amaro (10 points) also reached 10+ points.

- The Eagles are a member of the Southwestern States Intercollegiate Conference and compete in the NCCAA.
- They qualified for the 2024-25 SWS Tournament as the host team, but fell in the first round 102-53 to Justice College.
- This is the first time the Nanooks and Eagles will face each other.
