ANCHORAGE, Alaska - The Nanooks ski teams concluded the U.S. Nationals on Tuesday, racing in the skate sprint at Kincaid Park.
Kendall Kramer finished fifth in her quarterfinal heat, posting a 3:23.65. Tabitha Williams joined her in qualifying for the quarterfinals, and would finish with a 3:20.24 for fourth place in her quarterfinal heat. Katherine Brigham also raced for the Nanooks, finishing 65th with a 3:48.17.
On the men's side, Philipp Moosmayer finished fifth in his quarterfinal heat, recording a time of 2:51.77. Cole Flowers would notch a 33rd-place finish after racing to a 2:53.29. The last two racers, Ben Dohlby and Josh Baurick, finished 75th and 83rd overall with times of 3:04.18 and 3:06.60, respectively.
The Nanooks are back in action on Jan. 18-19 when they head to Midway, Utah, for the Utah invite, held at the Soldier Hollow Nordic Center. The first day will be a classic individual 7.5k, and the second will be a freestyle mass start 15/20k.
