FAIRBANKS – In their ongoing efforts to maximize opportunities for student-athletes to monetize their name, image and likeness, Alaska Nanooks Athletics has announced a partnership with Influxer, an officially licensed vendor that creates co-branded apparel customized with players' names and numbers.

Fans will now have the opportunity to support the Nanooks and their student-athletes with personalized merchandise. All Nanooks student-athletes will have the opportunity to create their own web page that showcases their personalized gear available for purchase. 
 
In addition to creating and hosting a monetization space for the student-athletes, Influxer provides them with education and training on marketing, entrepreneurship and personal branding. "Alaska Nanooks Athletics is excited to partner with Influxer to provide Nanooks Athletes with NIL opportunities." said Director of Athletics Brock Anundson, "This partnership provides fans, families, alumni, and more a platform to purchase personalized and officially licensed gear to support their favorite Nanooks that includes all sports. This is an important step in assisting our student-athletes to promote their brands within the new NIL environment, and we are excited to develop this partnership."

Influxer, who is partnered with over 400 universities, including bigger institutions like; Oklahoma, LSU and Houston, will not only oversee the online store, but also all fulfillment and customer service while collaborating with the Alaska Nanooks and its student-athletes on creative elements and marketing.
