Men's Basketball 7-11, 6-4 GNAC
LAST: at UAA, MSUB (L, W) | NEXT: vs. SPU, SMU
The Alaska Nanooks men's basketball team is coming off of a split last week after facing in-state rival, Anchorage, and falling to the hot-shooting Seawolves, before travelling to Billings, Mont. to face-off with MSUB and grabbing a big-time victory over the Yellowjackets to end the first half of GNAC play with a 6-4 conference record. The Nanooks return home after a long week on the road and get ready to face the top GNAC team in Seattle Pacific and then the Saint Martin's Saints to end the home-stand. 
 
Women's Basketball 6-13, 1-9 GNAC
LAST: at SFU, WWU (L, L) | NEXT: vs. SPU, SMU
The Alaska Nanooks women's basketball team will look to get back in the win column this week after a tough trip to Simon Fraser last Thursday and then Western Washington University on Saturday. The 'Nooks will also be facing-off with the Seattle Pacific Falcons and Saint Martin's Saints, playing the front-end of a double-header with the men's team next week. The women's games are scheduled for Jan. 30 at 5:15 p.m. AKT and Feb. 1 at 1:00 p.m. AKT.
