FAIRBANKS, Alaska – In association with the Face-Off Club, the Alaska Nanooks hockey team will be hosting their third annual Battle of the Boards Cornhole Tournament on Saturday, Aug. 24. The fundraising event will take place at Growden Memorial Park from 1-4 p.m. AKT.

To participate, the cost per one, two-person team is $60. All the proceeds for the event will benefit the 2019-20 Alaska Nanooks hockey team.

The first place team will walk away with $500, while the second place team will earn $250.

The entire 2019-20 Nanooks hockey team will be in attendance, as well as the coaching staff and several alumni.
