2008: 2nd on team in digs per game (3.06), 5th in digs (147), and 5th in aces (13)...set new career high for digs in a match with 21 vs. #13 UCM on Aug. 30...earned GNAC academic All-conference team...William Wood Scholar recipient.

2007:Played in 81 of the Nanooks[apos] 101 games...sixth on the team in digs with 149 for the season and digs per game (1.84)...tallied double-figure digs in six matches...career-best 18 digs on Sept. 29 against Seattle Pacific...fifth on the team for aces (17)...ranked 26th in GNAC games for aces...season high six aces on Sept. 22 against Montana State Billings...named to the GNAC All-Academic Team.

2006:Played in eight of the Nanooks[apos] 23 matches...averaged .43 digs per game...earned a career-best 2 digs on Oct. 21 against Seattle University and again on Oct. 28 against Central Washington.

2005:Redshirted freshman season.

Prior to Alaska:Attended Chugiak High School...played for Midnight Sun Volleyball Club as outside and rightside hitter...Tournament Champion team member .

Personal:Daughter of Wayne and Linda Armstrong...brothers Josh, Fletcher and Scott...majoring in Business...enjoys snowboarding, camping and traveling.
