Appeared in 50 events as a freshman … Had 26 top-five finishes with seven in first place … Swam a career-best 24.57 in the 50-yard freestyle at the Pacific Collegiate Swim Conference Championships finishing 17th … Had a personal-best 1:43.85 in the 200 medley relay placing third and a personal-best 3:46.00 finishing fourth at the Husky Invitational … Also had a career-best 1:35.07 in the 200 freestyle relay placing seventh and a personal-best 2:00.77 in the 200 freestyle finishing 127th at the Invitational … At the Lions Cup swam a career-best 3:35.00 in the 400 freestyle relay and 57.17 in the 100 butterfly placing second and third respectively …  Had a personal-best 53.31 in the 100 freestyle twice, first at the Husky Invitational finishing 20th and again at the Lions Cup placing eighth … At the PCSC Championships placed ninth in the 400 freestyle relay and 23rd in the 100 freestyle … Finished 10th in the 400 freestyle relay at the Husky Invitational … Also at the Invitational placed 48th in the 100 butterfly and 95th in the 50 freestyle … Finished first at the Lions Cup in the 400 medley relay and third in the 200 freestyle relay … Also at the Lions Cup finished sixth in the 50 freestyle and the 200 medley relay … Had six first place finishes in dual-meets.

ASAA State Individual Champion in the 50-yard freestyle (00:24.60) ... Placed second individually in the Alaska State High School Championships in the 100-yard butterfly (00:57.85) ... Also competed on the Chugiak Aquatic Team ... Registered a personal-best time of 00:54.29 in the 100-yard butterfly .. Four-year letterwinner.
