Coach Lemley on Heidi: "Heidi is one of our most versatile swimmers with the ability to swim any stroke and any distance. Like last year, she's training for the distance freestyle events, though she's fully capable of swimming both IMs, the 200 breaststroke and 100 butterfly. She came from a very good age group team in Eugene and her technique is very good suggesting to me that she was always paying attention when her coach gave her feedback on her stroke mechanics. This year Heidi will be working on her 200 freestyle for speed work to help us out with our 800 free relay."
