2011-12 as a freshman: Averaged 584.7 in air rifle and 575.3 in smallbore...Charted a season-best 591 against Murray...Shot a season-high 588 at Texas Christian on Nov. 1st...Member of  NCAA Championships team, Redzi shot 574 in air rifle and 573 in smallbore to help the Nanooks finish third in the nation.  

2010-11 as a redshirt freshman: Redshirted her freshman season with the Nanooks.

Prior to Alaska: In high school was the 2009 Polish Champion in prone position; part of high schools 2007-2010 National Teams; Best Polish air rifle shooter 2008 and 2009; member of the CWKS Legia Warszawa Club in Poland; 1st place in Polish Championships in 2008; 2nd place in Polish Championships in 2009; 2008 Polish Air Rifle record. 

Personal: Daughter of Robert and Malgorzata Aittien-Lade; currently majoring in Petroleum Engineering and minoring in Russian Language; speaks three languages, Russian, English, and Spanish; enjoys  running and working out.
