Biography

2010-11: Served as Team Captain his senior year with the Nanooks; only played in 35 games due to a knee injury mid-season; ranks 3rd on the team in points with 23 and goals with 11; team leader in game-winning goals with 3; tied for 2nd on team in plus/minus with +10; first goal and assist of the season was during the season opening 5-2 win against Air Force Oct. 8; finished the season with 11 goals and 12 assists; recognized for Academic Honor by the Athletic Department; named to the Brice Alaska Gold Rush All-Tournament Team; named as the team's Dean Fedorchuk Most Improved Player and Pump House Team Player; received CCHA Terry Flanigan Memorial Award; was the Intercollegiate Athletic Council's Male Student-Athlete of the Year recipient at the conclusion of the year.

2009-10:
Played in 28 games due to a knee injury; named Assistant Captain; earned first goal of the season on Jan. 16 against Michigan; earned first assist of the season on Feb. 20 against LSSU; earned an assist in the Governor’s Cup series win; had 6 games with at least one point., two being multi-point.

2008-09: Played in all 39 games; Dean Fedorchuk Most Improved Player; 2nd on team with 12 assists; 4th on team with 18 points; 5th on team with 6 goals; had two assists against MSU on Jan. 3; scored on Michigan on Nov. 7; assist against Bowling Green on Oct. 25; shootout goal for Blue in the Blue and Gold game.

2007-08: Played in 22 games in his freshman season with the Nanooks; scored his first career goal against Ohio State on Jan. 5; took the ice i n two of the team's first round playoff games against Nebraska-Omaha; named to Dean's list.

Prior to Alaska: Named an Assistant Captain for the Victoria Grizzlies and had a career-best season, scoring 41 goals and 26 assists with 35 penalty minutes in 60 regular season games; recognized as Victoria's most dedicated play er at the year-end awards banquet; 2005-06 season playedwith Victoria and had 10 goals and 17 assists for 33 penalty minutes in 60 games and added 10 goals and two assists in 16 playoff contests; was given the team[apos]s Friendship Award; 2005-06, his season was highlighted by a hat-trick performance in a 6-3 win over the Alberni Valley Bulldogs to clinch the Island Division for Victoria; played two seasons with the Prince George Spruce Kings and had 11 goals, adding 17 assists with 27 penalty minutes in 60 games during the 2004-05 season, and five goals, six assists and 16 penalty minutes through 59 games during 2003-04.
