Prior to Alaska

University of Washington
Before joining the Nanooks, Barnard was a part of the Washington Huskies basketball team for three of his four years in Seattle, Wash. At UW, Barnard was a part of a team that made a run to the NCAA Tournament second-round, as well as winning a PAC-12 Championship.

Son to Mishele and Todd Barnard ... Two siblings, Nate and Avery ... Dad ran track at the University of Washington ... At O'Dea, Barnard was a two-time All-Metro selection, State runner-up his senior year as well as a fourth-place finish his sophomore year, 2x team captain. 2x team MVP, 3x State Athlete of the Week, all-time leading three-point scorer and over 1700 career points.
