2011-12 as a junior: Played in 35 games this season for the Nanooks...Scored six goals and three assists for a total of nine points...Blocked 15 shots this season...During the playoff game at Lake Superior State on March 2nd, Henderson recorded his first two point game in the season contributing a goal and assist...Named the Dirk Anderson Scholar Athlete and Don Jamieson Unsung Hero for the Nanooks in the post season...Alaska's CCHA Scholar Athlete of the Year nominee.

2010-11 as a sophmore: A transfer from MSU, Henderson joined the Nanooks this season for his sophomore year...Played in 24 games with the Nanooks this season...Earned his first and only goal this season during the 4-1 win against Bowling Green Oct. 30; earned his first and only assist during the 4-1 win against Michigan State Feb. 18; recognized for Academic Honors by the Athletic Department.

Prior to Alaska:

2009-10: Returned to Spruce Grove for a third year and ammassed his junior hockey career-bests of 21 goals, 35 assists in 56 games, good for the third highest scoring totals for the Saints.

2008-09 as a freshman at Michigan State: Played in 27 games for the Spartans, notching one goal and one assist.

Prior to MSU: Two-year player for the Spruce Grove Saints of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL)...Named to the AJHL All-Rookie Team in 2007 with a 22-24-46 scoring line with 92 PIM in 59 games...Was an alternate captain in his second season with Spruce Grove, when he had 24 goals and 28 assists for 52 points and 115 PIM in 60 contests...Nine of his goals came on the power play, and three were game-winners...Had a 2-4-6 scoring line in 15 postseason games in his second season, helping Spruce Grove to the league semifinals...Participated in the 2007 AJHL prospects game and in the 2008 AJHL All-Star Game.
