Prior to Alaska: 4-year letterwinner in volleyball at Skyview High School in Clam Gulch, Alaska and was a muli-sport athlete; named All-Conference and MVP by the Northern Lights Conference as a senior; named Offensive MVP by Skyview; as a junior, she was named First Team All-Regions and won the Skyview Coach's Award as a sophomore; member of the National Honor Society and the Laurel's President of the Young Women's Organization.

Personal: Daughter of Shane and Camille Hill; plans to major in Biology.
