2011-12 as a senior: Played in 36 games this season...Tallied three goals and three assists to finish with six points...Finished with a plus-two rating...Blocked 18 shots this season...Recorded first goal of the season on Oct. 27th at Ohio State...Concluded collegiate career appearing in 114 games, recording seven goals and eight assists to finish with 15 points. 

2010-11 as a junior: Played in 19 games for the Nanooks this season; his only goal of the season was during the 3-4 loss against Michigan Jan. 22; only assist of the season was in the 4-1 win against Michigan State Feb. 18; recognized for Academic Honors by the Athletic Department.

2009-10 as a sophmore: Only played in 24 games for the Nanooks due to a knee injury; had first assist of the season on Oct. 9 against Michigan; had two assists in the UNO series; had four games with at least one point.

2008-09 as a freshman: Played in 34 games; first collegiate goal against Bowling Green on Oct. 25; scored in the Mercyhurst game on Oct. 17.

Prior to Alaska: First Green Bay Gambler (USHL) alum to play for the Nanooks; spent one season with Green Bay; scored five goals and 19 assists in 56 games with the Gamblers; a three-sport athlete for the Proctor Senior High School Rails; named the PHS Student-Athlete of the year as a senior; lettered in hockey all four years and football and baseball for his sophomore through senior seasons; named to Lake Superior All-Conference Teams in leading point scorer in PHS hockey history; was a member of the Rails football squad that went to state and set a school record for wins (11-1); Sea Range All-Conference selection in 2005 and 2006; as a junior earned Academic All-State for football.

Personal: Son of Terry Filzen and Shelley and Steve Moore; siblings are Raquel, Zach and Aaron; currently majoring in Business Administration.
