Coaches Thoughts
"Today was a close match with Ole Miss right on our tales. We're happy to pull out a narrow win. We had a lot of highlights from our younger crew today. Teagan [Perkowski], Matt [Stout], and Lucie [Kissenberger] all shot personal bests in air gun. Teagan has shot five personal bests in a row. Lucie nearly shot a perfect score, and rebounded really nice from a tough smallbore match. Elijah and Tobias both shot career-best scores. It's really nice to see both of them rewarded for some great efforts. Overall, we had some struggles today. It wasn't our best match, but the score isn't really indicative of how strong the team is right now. We just have to do a better job making the practice results translate to match performances. We are really close and I think we'll get to show that in the upcoming matches with Air Force and UK."
