#BeatUAA
The biggest rivalry in the Northern United States takes place on Tuesday, Feb. 18 when the Seawolves come to Fairbanks. Not only will this matchup be one for the ages in terms of rivalry games, but it will have big implications in the GNAC standings when the final playoff picture rounds out. The 'Nooks and UAA are currently tied for third in the standings, and if the playoffs started today, they would round out the field as the #5 and #6 seeds. Scouting the Opponents

Alaska Anchorage Seawolves
The Seawolves are coming off of two overtime wins this past week. Both wins coming over teams in the playoff race. The first of the two came against Northwest Nazarene on Thursday, Feb. 13 when UAA escaped with a narrow 90-89 victory. After falling behind by 12 at the half, the Seawolves used a big second half to tie the game late and steal the win in OT.

In game two, Anchorage had a similar story-line, however this time they were the ones to lose the halftime lead. After going up 10 on Central at the half, the Wildcats pulled even, forcing an extra period. The Seawolves again escaped with an OT win, 70-68.

UAA boasts four players scoring in double-digits. Their leading-scorer is Oggie Pantovic. The big man from Kovin, Serbia has started only nine games for the Seawolves, while appearing in 26 of their 27. He has put up an average of 14.8 points per game while grabbing another team-high, 7.8 rebounds per game. Pantovic was named this week's GNAC Men's Player of the Week and will be the one to stop. On the defensive end, DeAndre Osuigwe is the Seawolves top man. He has picked up 34 steals to lead UAA. He is also their top distributor, assisting on 113 buckets for an average of 4.7 per game.
