The Nanooks, who have lost seven games in a row, will be looking to avenge an earlier loss this season to Anchorage. Back on January 10, the Seawolves earned a 76-64 victory over the Nanooks at the Patty Center. Alaska, who was led by Almir Hadzisehovic with 12 points and Ashton Edwards and Anthony Reese each had 11, cut a 20 point deficit to five points in the second half, but was unable to overcome UAA.
That loss was the first on Alaska's seven game losing streak, that dates back to a 121-111 win over Simon Fraser on January 3. Last weekend, the Nanooks lost to both Simon Fraser and Western Washington on the road.
