"Traditionally we struggle coming out of the break, so the team came up with a way to train and keep each other accountable to their training. They came up with the plan, followed through on it, and the results speak for themselves," said head coach Dan Jordan. "I am so proud of them for sticking to it and their hard work paid off with a great performance and an awesome score."

The Nanooks will now make a quick trip north to square off against the 14th-ranked Zips of the University of Akron Tuesday morning at 5:00 am AKST.
