FAIRBANKS, Alaska – The University of Alaska Fairbanks and the Central Collegiate Hockey Association today announced that Friday's Ferris State at Alaska game has been rescheduled for this coming Sunday, Feb. 6, at the Carlson Center in Fairbanks, starting at 7:05 p.m. local time. The teams will also meet, as originally scheduled, on Saturday night, also at 7:05 p.m. local time.
The series was originally scheduled for Friday and Saturday, but Ferris State was unable to complete original travel plans because of the severe winter storm that the Midwest experienced this week.
The athletic department announced that tickets for Friday night's game will be honored for admission to Sunday's game. Refunds, if preferred, are available at the point of purchase. Fans can call the UAF Athletic Ticket Office at (907) 474-5977 for more information.
