The Great Northwest Athletic Conference announced its 2010 Academic All-Conference volleyball team, and four Alaska players have been chosen:
Erica Gage,
Mandy Grierson,
Jennifer Holland and
Jordyn Montgomery.
To qualify, players had to have at least one full year of collegiate experience at their respective school and maintain a GPA of 3.2 or better.
Gage is one of eight players to be named to the team for a third time.
Jennifer Holland is on the team for her second time.
Montgomery is one of just two players to qualify with a perfect 4.0 GPA. She was ineligible last season as a sophomore after transferring from Rockhurst University.
The GNAC named 40 total players to the team.
