2024-25 | Junior
Swam in eight meets during the 2024-25 season ... Began the season with a fourth-place finish in the 100-yard butterfly vs. San Diego State, posting a 1:12.26 ... Against Fresno Pacific, she placed sixth in the 100-yard freestyle with a 1:00.31 ... Posted a personal-best time of 30.33 in the 50-yard butterfly at the Logger Invitational, taking 13th in the event ... Added an 11th-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly with a 2:33.67 ... In a dual meet vs. Westmont, she grabbed a seventh-place result after swimming to a time of 2:44.42 in the 200-yard butterfly ... Ended her season at the PCSC Championships, where she recorded personal bests in the 50-yard freestyle (25.87) and 100-yard butterfly (1:05.08), taking 60th and 43rd, respectively ... Sampsel opened 2023-24 up with a pair of sixth-place finishes against Azusa Pacific on Oct. 20 ... In the 100-yard free she posted a 1:01.46 and in the 100-yard fly she posted a 1:14.53 ... On day two against APU, she took fourth in the 200-yard free with a 2:11.68 and sixth in the 200-yard back ... Against CSUEB, Sampsel took fifth in the 100-yard free with a 1:00.85 ... She added a fifth-place and sixth-place finish in the 200-yard free and 200-yard back ... At the Logger Invitational, she took ninth in the 200-yard fly with a 2:29.95; she added another top-15 performance in the 200-yard free with a time of 2:05.91 ... In the SDSU quad meet she took 10th in the 100-yard fly with a 1:15.64 ... She added a 15th-place finish in the 200-yard fly and 16th-place finish in the 100-yard free ... At SDSU the next day on Jan. 9, she took eighth in the 500-yard free with a 6:05.50 ... The final weekend of the season (Jan. 12-13) saw her grab two sixth-place finishes on day one in the 50-yard free and 100-yard fly ... On the final day of the regular-season she took eighth in the 50-yard free and sixth in the 200-yard fly ... At the PCSC Championships she took 27th in the 200-yard fly with a 2:30.50 ...
