[quote]Our returning co-captain for a third straight year, Rebecca continues to have a major impact on our program. As she[apos]s done the previous two years, I know Rebecca will lead by example both in the pool and in the classroom. This summer she spearheaded an effort to paint and redecorate the girls[apos] locker room. Last year she not only provided leadership to our swimmers, she stepped up her own athletic performance and became one of only six Nanooks to score points at our conference championship. In her last year of eligibility, Rebecca will train almost exclusively in the [quote]animal lane[quote] for the distance freestyle events as she juggles completing the classes necessary for her to graduate in December and her commitment to scheduling all our team-building activities.[quote]
