On Jan. 26, she completed the 7.5k classic at the Montana State Invitational in 29:23.9, good for a 30th-place result ... Skied in another 7.5k classic at the Denver Invitational on Feb. 8, where she took 20th, finishing the 7.5k in 30:14.7 ... Set a qualifier time of 4:08.26 in the UAF Invite classic sprints on Feb. 16, putting her in 32nd place.

Her first collegiate race was on Jan. 2, a 10k classic at the Westminster Invitational, where she posted a time of 32:20.5, good for 29th ... She followed that up two days later with a 34th-placed finish in the freestyle sprints ... She posted a 29th-place finish at the RMISA Qualifier in the classic sprints on Jan. 7 ... Weiss finished 30th in the 7.5k freestyle and 27th in the 10k classic, with times of 24:29.4 and 57:49.4 at the Utah Invitational … On Feb. 2-3, she raced at the Colorado Invitational. She completed the 7.5k freestyle in 31st with a time of 25:58.4. In the 20k classic, she finished with a time of 1:18:01.1 for 28th place … On Feb. 9-10, she concluded her freshman season at the Denver Invitational ...
