Randi Loudin

Randi Loudin enters her eighth season with the Alaska Nanooks rifle program and her second as head coach in 2026-27. Since joining the program as a graduate assistant in 2019-20, Loudin has helped sustain Alaska's standing among the nation's top collegiate rifle programs, contributing to multiple NCAA podium finishes and national championships.

In her first season as head coach in 2025-26, Loudin led the Nanooks to a 10-6 overall record and a 5-4 mark in Patriot Rifle Conference head-to-head competition. Alaska placed fourth at the 2026 Patriot Rifle Conference Championships before finishing eighth at the NCAA Championships. Two Nanooks, Teagan Perkowski and Lucie Kissenberger, earned All-American honors.

Before taking over as head coach, Loudin served as an assistant coach under Will Anti, helping guide the Nanooks through one of the most successful stretches in program history. Alaska returned to the NCAA Championships in 2021 with a fifth-place finish, earned a third-place finish in 2022 and captured its 11th NCAA team championship in 2023. That season, Rylan Kissell won the individual air rifle national title. The Nanooks followed with consecutive third-place NCAA finishes and claimed the 2025 NCAA smallbore national championship. In 2025, Cecelia Ossi and Rachael Charles finished first and second, respectively, in the individual smallbore final, with Ossi capturing the national title.

During Loudin's tenure, Nanooks student-athletes have earned numerous individual accolades, including All-American honors, Elite 90 awards and Scholastic All-American recognition. Her experience with the program and its championship tradition provides a foundation as she continues to lead Alaska rifle.

A 2019 graduate of the University of Mississippi, Loudin was a decorated collegiate shooter with the Rebels and earned three Collegiate Rifle Coaches Association Scholastic All-American honors during her collegiate career.
