2009-10: Shot a 567 in air rifle and a 556 in smallbore against Air Force; at the NCAA Qualifiers he finished his season shooting a 551 in smallbore and a 564 in air rifle; received GNAC At-Large Academic Honors.

2008-09: Shot 560 in smallbore against Army on Jan. 21st; shot season best against Nebraska, scores of 566 in air rifle and 551 in smallbore.

2007-08: Shot in team's win over Tennessee Martin on Oct. 13-14, posting scores of 553 and 554 in smallbore, and 547 and 545 in air gun.

Prior to Alaska: 2003 first place in prone at a high school competition; 2006 shot 550 for the first time.

Personal: Son of Cindy and Lyle Whitmer; one sister, Kristina; enjoys shooting, hunting, and fishing.
