Nordic Skiing

2012-13 as a senior: Started the season off with a 15th place finish in the 10K Freestyle with a time of 30:56:00 at the Nordic Cup...Finished 30th overall in the 1.5K Freestyle sprint with a time of 3:53 and helped Alaska take fifth in the three lap 10K relay with a individual time of 23:38 at the CCSA Championships.
2011-12 as a junior: Started the season off finishing 7th in the first day of the Nordic Cup Series in November with a time of 14:38 in the 5K Classic race...Placed 7th in the second day of the Nordic Cup Series with a time of 29:38 in the 5K Freestyle.

2010-11 as a sophmore: Arneson began his second season with the Nanooks with an 17th place finish in the Stage 2 8K of the Nordic Cup Series in November with a time of 32:13.8... he placed 12th in Stage 3 with a time of 31:27.6...at the CSSA Hilltop Invitational in February Arneson finished off his season with a 9th place finish in the 10K Freestyle with a time of 31:56.6...recognized for Academic Honors by the Athletic Department.

2009-10 as a freshman: As a freshman, Arneson started off his collegiate skiing career with the Nanooks with a 7th place finish in the Flint Hills Town Race Series 10K in November with a time of 30:46...while not representing the Nanooks, Arneson did compete in the U.S. National Championship 15K in January and finished with a time of 47:44.9.

Cross Country Running

2012 as a senior: Started off the season finishing 15th at the Alaska Invitational... Represented Alaska at the GNAC championships and placed 78th overall.

2011 as a junior: Began the season finishing 21st in the 6K during the Alaska Nanooks Cross Country Invitational with a time of 29:14.3...Helped the Nanooks place second at the Chaminade Invitational in Hawaii finishing 22nd with a time of 23:08 in the four mile race...Competed at the GNAC Championship finishing with a time of 27:53 in the 8K...Ended the season at the NCAA West Regional Championships in Spokane placing 103rd with a 35:10 finish in the 10K race.

2010 as a sophmore: Arneson started of his sophomore season with a personal best in the 8K at the Alaska Nanooks Cross Country Invitational in September with a time of 28:18.5 and a 13th place finish...in Hawaii at the Chaminade Invitational the end of the month, Arneson finished 21st with a time of 28:26.80 in the 8K...he was again a member of the GNAC Championship team, helping the Nanooks to their 7th place finish, one spot up from last season, with his time of 28:20.80 in the 8K...was recognized for Academic Honors by the Athletic Department.

2009 as a freshman: During his freshman season, Arneson finished 8th place in the 6K with a time of 19:13.8 at the race against Central Washington University, but had to run open-course due to some NCAA compliance complications... once officially a member of the Nanooks team, he became a member of the GNAC Championship team, helping the Nanooks to their 8th place finish with his 29.46 time in the 10K.
