-Please contact the Media Relations Office at least 24 hours prior to the requested interview so all players/coaches may be contacted and arrangements can be made.

-Media members covering practices or scrimmages will not be permitted to report any scouting information (formations, personnel groupings, etc.) without first speaking with a member of the team's coaching staff. Faulure to adhere to this guideline could result in the closing of all practices and scrimmages to the media.

The head coach and 2-3 student-athletes will be made available at the request of the media. Please contact either Chris Brooks or Mark Rivera either midway through the deciding set (volleyball) or at the final media timeout (basketball). Hockey post-game press conferences will be held in the Pioneer Room at the Carlson Center 10 minutes following the conclusion of the game. The coaching staff will select 2-3 players to bring to the press conference and should media members need access to additional players, please contact Chris Brooks or Mark Rivera before leaving the press area for the press conference.
