Swam in 10 meets...Collected four top-three finishes during the season...Took third in the 50-yard freestyle vs. CSUEB on day one of the dual with a 26.15...Secured another third-place finish on the second day of the competition with a 2:06.68 finish in the 200-yard freestyle...Placed ninth in the 50-yard backstroke at the Logger Invitational, posting a personal-best 1:01.3...Took second in the 50-yard (26.46) and 100-yard freestyle (56.51) vs. Westmont.

2022-23 | Sophomore
Swam in eight meets...Began the season by taking third in the 100-yard backstroke against Azusa Pacific with a time of 1:05.14...Placed first in the 100-yard backstroke vs. Westmont, posting a 1:04.78...Continued her success on the second day of the competition vs. the Warriors with another first-place result in the 100-yard freestyle (56.84)...Took first in Alaska's second competition vs. Westmont, finishing fastest in the 100-yard backstroke with a 1:04...Placed first in the 50-yard freestyle at the PCSC Championships, posting a 25.0.

2021-22 | Freshman
Swam in seven meets for the Nanooks...Opened the season with three second-place finishes vs. Westmont, finishing top-two in the 50-yard (26.61) and both 100-yard freestyles (57.85 and 56.36)...Took third in the 100-yard freestyle vs. Incarnate Word with a time of 1:05.44...Placed second in the 200-yard freestyle event in day two of the competition with a 2:06.26 while collecting a third place finish in the 100-yard freestyle (57.6)...Took third place vs. Loyola Marymount in the 100-yard backstroke, posting a 1:03.41...Collected another third-place finish vs. LMU in the 100-yard freestyle during the second day of competition (57.12).

Prior to Alaska

Mill Creek High School/Swim Atlanta
Lioi attended Mill Creek High School while swimming for both the high school and Swim Atlanta. In high school she finished in the top 1% of her class. She was a member of the National Honors Society, National Math Honors Society, iLead and the National Beta Club. He was a four-year athletic and academic letterman, a four-year state qualifier, received the 2018 Coaches Award and won the 2020 Sportsmanship Award.

While in Fairbanks, she graduated summa cum laude (4.00), was a 2021-22 Scholar-Athlete of the Year finalist before winning the award in 2022-23. She was also a William Wood Scholar-Athlete. Earned the 2022 CLA Deans Honorable Mention Award on Research and Creativity Day. Has been a SAAC representative since 2020 while serving as the SAAC VP from 2021-23. Was awarded the 2022 URSA Spring Award.
