Posted a season-best 5K time of 19:53.3 on Sept. 4 at the Moda Health Alaska Invitational ... Recorded a season-best 6K time of 23:05.64 at the NCAA West Regionals on Nov. 7, placing her 100th overall ... Four-year letter winner in cross country between Midlothian High School in Virginia and Oak Hill High School in West Virginia...All-State selection as a junior at Oak Hill...Helped the Midlothian Trojans to a regional championship and third-place finish at the state meet as a senior...Personal-best times include 19:01 in five-kilometer race...Dual-sport athlete who also competed for the MHS track and field team for four years...Primarily ran in the 800, 4x800 relay, 1,600 and 3,200 during outdoor season and participated in the 4x800, 1,000, 1,600, 3,200 and high jump during indoor season...Track and field bests include a 5:36 in the 1,600 and 2:32 in the 800.
