2013 as a Junior: Recognized as Men's Most Improved Runner...Named to GNAC All-Academic Team...Finished 89th (34:28.48) at NCAA West Regional Championship (10K), improving 2012 time by over three minutes and place by 28 spots...Placed 48th (26:52.49) at GNAC Championship (8K)...Helped Alaska win the SMU Invitational (8K) with a third-place finish (26:54.65), ranking second on team...Took 15th (16:57.39) at 13th annual Big Wave Invitational in Hawai'i (5K)...Opened season with 17th-place showing (27:48.6) in long-course race at Alaska Invitational (8K).

2012 as a Sophomore: Started off this season placing 16th in the 8K at the Alaska Invitational... 20th in the 4K on the second day of the Invitational...At SMU placed 23rd in the 8K...Represented Alaska in the NCAA West Regional Tournament in the 10K.

2011 as a Freshman: Started his freshman season with a 19th place finish in the 8K with a time of 28:36.8 during the UAF Invitational...On the second day of the UAF Invitational, Brewer finished 21st clocking in a time of 14:15.9 in the 4K...Competed in the GNAC Cross Country Championships in October, completing the 8K with a time of 28:34 to finish 75th overall...Finished the season with a time of 35:29 in the 10K at the NCAA West Regional Championships in November.

Prior to Alaska: Ran cross country and skied at Chugiak High School...placed 15th at cross country regionals...Was 5th at skiing regionals in the classic race and 9th at the state championships.
