2013-14 as a Senior: Five-time All-American at 2014 NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Championships...Member of four All-American relay teams, including a third place finish in the 200 medley relay in a program record of 1:42.22...Swam legs on All-American performances in the 400 medley relay (8th, school record 3:45.18 in prelims), 200 freestyle relay (14th) and 400 freestyle relay (14th, school record 3:26.99 in prelims)...Garnered a seventh place national finish in the 100 backstroke (55.24)...Also competed in the 50 freestyle (23rd) and 100 freestyle (24th) at the NCAA Championships...Seven-time all-Pacific Collegiate Swim and Dive Conference swimmer, including winning the conference title in the 100 backstroke in 55.63...Had top-five all-PCSC finishes in the 50 freestyle (3rd) and the 100 freestyle (5th)....Member of conference champion and conference record-setting 200 medley relay team (1:43.06), conference champion 400 medley relay team (3:46.82), all-PCSC 200 freestyle relay (4th) and all-PCSC 400 freestyle relay team (3rd)...Contributed the second-most points on the team (142.5) to the Nanooks' program-best 929 points and third place finish at the PCSC Championships meet...Won the program's first-ever individual event at the Husky Invitational, taking the 100 backstroke title...Swam Alaska's first-ever NCAA "A" standard in the prelims of the Husky Invitational 100 backstroke (54.88)...Was also a part of the Nanooks' first-ever relay victory at the Husky Invitational, helping the 200 medley relay squad to the top spot...Had top-five finishes at the Husky Invitational in the 100 freestyle (2nd), 50 freestyle (3rd), 200 freestyle relay (3rd), 400 medley relay (3rd) and 800 freestyle relay (4th)...Part of 13 top-two relay finishes, including seven wins, during the dual meet season...Collected eight victories and six additional runner-up finishes in individual events during the dual meet season...Received team's Most Inspirational award

2012-13 as a Junior: Named Alaska's Female Most Outstanding Athlete for the second straight year...Team's Most Valuable Player...Became program's first ever national champion after winning 100 backstroke at 2013 NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Championship...Three-time All-American after also finishing tied for third in the 100 freestyle and seventh in the 200 freestyle...NCAA qualifier in the 50 freestyle...Five-time All-PCSC honoree at PCSC Championship...Finished PCSC runner-up in 100 freestyle and fourth in both 50 and 200 freestyles...Member of conference runner-up 800 freestyle relay and third-place 400 freestyle relay tandems while also taking fourth in the 200 and 400 medley relays...Won 16 total events, 10 individually during dual meet season while turning in four runner-ups (1 individual) and one individual third...Runner-up in 100 freestyle at Husky Invitational while also being member of sixth-place 800 freestyle relay team...Turned in two other individual top 10's and three other top 15's in relays at the Husky...Set varsity records in 100 backstroke (54.26), 100 freestyle (50.28) and 200 freestyle (1:50.69)...Part of varsity-record 400 medley relay tandem (3:52.06)...CSCAA Individual Academic All-American...Spring 2013 Academic Walk honoree...Recipient of team's Attitude Award.

2011-12 as a Sophomore: Named Alaska's Female Most Outstanding Athlete...Team's Most Valuable Player...Six-time All-American at 2012 NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Championship...Part of fourth-place 800 freestyle All-American relay team...Honorable Mention All-American in 50 , 100 and 200 freestyle as well as 200 and 400 freestyle relay tandems...NCAA qualifier in 200 and 400 medley relays...Conference runner-up in 200 free, third in 100 free and fourth in 50 free to earn All-PCSC status in each event...Member of 800 free relay squad that turned in program's first-ever NCAA A-cut time...Third in both 200 free and 800 free relay and was in top-13 in all nine events at Husky Invitational...Won 18 events in dual meets this season...Set varsity records in all three sprint freestyle races this season and was part of all five varsity record relay tandems...Set new Patty Center Pool record in 50 free...Fall 2011 Academic Walk honoree.

2010-11 as a Freshman: Joined the program for the 2011 spring semester…conference runner-up in the 200 medley relay at PCSC Championships, which was program’s highest relay finish ever…third in 400 medley relay at PCSC Championships…finished third in both 50 freestyle and 100 butterfly and fourth in the 100 freestyle at the conference meet…achieved NCAA Division II B-cut times in each of her individual events…All-PCSC recognition in 50 free, 100 free and 100 fly…received the Hammer Award following the season.

Prior to Alaska: In Germany, Heller was a six-time champion at the Hamburg Championships...twice she was ranked Top-10 in the German Championship.

Personal: Daughter of Jürgen Heller and Karen Metelmann-Heller; native of Hamburg, Germany...currently majoring in psychology with a minor in sport management.
