Nordic Skiing: 

2012-13 as a sophomore: Started off the season finishing 9th in the 1.3K in the CCSA's at the US Nationals...Finished 10th in CCSA in the 30K Classic...Placed  14th overall in Qual Finishings...Ranked 5th in the CCSA 10K Relay with a time of 22:39.

2011-12 as a freshman: Started his freshman season with the Nanooks Ski Team with a 12th place finish in the 5K Classic with a time of 15:06 in day one of the Nordic Cup...On the second day of the Nordic Cup, Arnold finished ninth in the 5K Freestyle with a time of 29:55...Finished the season 38th at the UAA Invite in the beginning of February with a time of 15:47 in the 5K.

Cross Country Running

2011 as a sophmore:  Started off the season with a ninth place finish in the UAF Invitational with a time of 27:48.2 in the 8K...Took 10th place in the 4K with a time of 13:31 in day two of the UAF Invitational...During the UHH Invitational in Hawaii, Arnold finished ninth in the four mile race with a time of 21:54 to help the Nanooks place second...finished 41st at the GNAC Cross Country Championships in October with a time of 26:51 in the 8K...Finished the season in November, ending with a time of 34:09 in the 10K at the NCAA West Regional Championships.

2010 as a freshman: Arnold started off his freshman season with the Nanooks strong, finishing 16th with a time of 28.47.0 in the 8K at the Alaska Nanooks Cross Country Invitational in September...he finished 8th for the Nanooks in the tri-meet against Seattle Pacific University and Northwest Nazarene University in the 4K with a time of 13.34.4...competed at the Western Washington University Cross Country Classic in October, finishing with a season best time of 35:41.0 in the 10K... finished 46th at the GNAC Cross Country Championships in November with a season best time of 27:25.40 in the 8K... finished the season with a time of 36:45.4 in the 10K at the NCAA Division II West Regional Championships in November... recognized for Academic Honors by the Athletic Department.
