Nordic Skiing

2012-13 as a Senior: Started off the season strong placing 2nd in the 5K Classic with a time of 17:12 and finished 7th in the 10K Freestyle with a time of 36:50:00 at the Nordic Cup...Finished in 10th place in the 15K Classic with a time of 48:37:00 at the Supertour...With two top ten performances at the CCSA Championships, Konieczny finished in 9th place in the 5K Classic with a time of 15:33 and in 6th place in the 15K Freestyle with a time of 51:01:00...Helping Alaska Caputre the Central Region Title Konieczny finished in 6th place in the 10K Freestyle with a time of 31:33:00 at the NCAA Central Region Championships to finish her season...Named CCSA female Skier of the week.

2011-12 as a Junior: Finished fourth in the 5K Classic in early November with a time of 17:25 and finished sixth in the 5K Freestyle with a time of 18:19 in the Nordic Cup...During the US Nationals, Konieczny sprinted to a 20th place finish in the 1.4K with a time of 3:16.31 as well as finishing 33rd in the 30K with a time of 1:12:26.5...Helped the Nanooks claim a Hilltop Invitational Title in January with a 3rd place finish in the 1.4K Sprints...Earned USCSCA All-Academic Team Honors.

2010-11 as a Sophmore: Helped the Nanooks claim their fifth straight Nordic Cup with her 6th place finish in the 6K with an 18:31.6 and her 5th place finish in the 5K Classic with a 17:10.4...At the US National Championships she was the top Nanook finisher in the 1.4K Freestyle Sprint with her 21st place in a time of 4:14.27...In the 10K Classic she finished 34th with a time of 35:48.8...Her 58:28.1 in the 20K Freestyle landed her a 41st place finish...At the CCSA Championships Konieczny finished 24th in the 5K Freestyle with a time of 19:21.1 and 7th in the 15K Classic with a 50:48.1...She finished out this season with a 15th place finish in the 5K Freestyle at the NCAA Central Regional Championships with a time of 19:21.1 and was the top Nanooks finisher with her career-high 2nd place finish in the 10K Classic...Earned USCSCA All-Academic Team Honors and was recognized for Academic Honors by the Athletic Department. 

2009-10: Named Most Improved Skier.

2008-09: Finished 12th in the 5K Freestyle at the Alaska Nordic Cup..Raced to a 16th place finish at Camp Ripley in the 10K freestyle...Represented Team Alaska at the Junior Olympics

Cross Country 

2010: Finished 14th at the Alaska Nanook Cross Country Invitational in the 6K with a time of 25:24.4.

Prior to Alaska: Skied four seasons with West Yellowstone High School...Finished 13th in 5K Classic at 2007 Junior Olympics...Placed 10th in the Classic Sprints at 2008 Junior Nationals...Finished 20th at 2007 Junior Nationals...Also ran four seasons of track and played three years of volleyball for the Wolverines...Placed 6th in 100 meter hurdles in 2007 Montana State Track Meet...Set high school record for 300 hurdles as a sophomore with a time of 48.57.
