FAIRBANKS - The Alaska Nanooks have announced the first ever NCAA Rifle Championship Fanfest, which will take place on March 13 from 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the Patty Center, during the first day of competition at the E.F. Horton Rifle Range.
The first 750 people in attendance will receive a limited edition commemorative pin, engraved with the NCAA Rifle Championship logo. Everyone in attendance will have the opportunity to learn more about the sport of competitive shooting with display setups as well as meeting some of the student-athletes who will arrive after their time on the range.
2012 Olympic Gold Medalist, Jamie Corkish (formerly Beyerle Gray) will be available for all fans to meet, get autographs and take pictures with her Olympic gold medal.
Kids booths and some of Fairbanks' finest ice sculptures will also be on display, so come join the Alaska Nanooks for an afternoon of fun events and memorable experiences at the first NCAA Rifle Championship Fanfest.

The NCAA Rifle Championship Banquet will be held on Thursday, March 12 at the Westmark Hotel. The banquet begins at 6:30 p.m. and is open to the public with the purchase of a ticket at this link.
