9/6/08 Nanooks Drop Five-Set Heartbreaker In Title Match, SCSU Tops Catawba The #23 Ashland Eagles erased a two-set deficit to overcome the host Alaska Nanooks for the 2008 Auto Service Company Nanook Classic Tournament title Saturday night. St. Cloud state rebounded from its previous two losses to sweep Catawba and salvage a third place finish. Nanook juniors Jessica Hill and Alexa Sherman were selected to the Classic's all-tournament team. (more)
